1. Website Package & Scope

Our standard ₹4,999 package provides a professionally designed single-page, multi-section business website, not an unlimited multi-page website. It includes professional website content writing, an eligible .in domain for the first year, first-year shared hosting, and standard brochure features.

Standard sections or features, as applicable to the approved design, include business information, an About section, social media links, product or service descriptions, downloadable catalogue, inquiry options, testimonials, photo and video galleries, payment information, Google Maps integration, and a contact form or contact details. Displaying payment details or a QR code does not mean an online payment gateway or e-commerce checkout is included.

Extra pages, new sections, redesigns, integrations, custom functionality, premium assets, professional email and other nonstandard work require a separate quotation.

2. Independent Domain & Hosting Option

Clients who prefer to purchase and manage their own domain and hosting may choose the ₹5,000 one-time website-development-only option. Domain, hosting, and associated third-party fees are payable separately by the client to the selected provider. Client-owned registration and hosting accounts remain under the client's access, subject to the chosen provider's rules.

3. Booking, Payment & Delivery

Standard ₹4,999 plan: ₹3,000 advance to confirm the project; ₹1,999 balance at final website delivery, before connecting the approved website to the live domain.

Independent ₹5,000 plan: ₹3,000 advance and ₹2,000 balance before final live deployment or agreed handover.

The advance confirms the booking and starts the service process. The website is first shared for preview on our subdomain. Live deployment takes place following required client approval and clearance of the applicable outstanding balance. Any separately approved additional work is charged separately.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

The ₹3,000 booking advance is non-refundable once paid, subject to applicable Indian law. It reserves project resources and initiates the work. Nothing in these terms restricts any refund, remedy, or consumer right that must be provided by law.

5. Development Process

1. We discuss your business requirements in a short call.
2. Our content writer prepares website text and provides it in a PDF for review.
3. You review and approve the content and provide all necessary business details, logos, images, and materials.
4. We develop the website and share a preview on our subdomain.
5. After approval and payment of the remaining balance, we connect the website to the live domain or complete the agreed handover.

6. Development Timeline

Typical development time is 3–5 working days, counted only after content approval and receipt of all required client materials. Delays in approvals, missing information, requested changes, or third-party technical issues may extend delivery.

7. Client Responsibilities & Content

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, contact information, logos, product or service details, and suitable images. Clients must hold the permissions or rights required to use supplied text, photographs, reviews, logos and other materials. Premium photography, stock assets or extra design services are not included unless expressly agreed.

8. Approval, Revisions & Scope Changes

Clients may review the preview website and request reasonable corrections within the original approved scope before going live. New sections, custom functionality, significant redesigns and changes outside the approved scope are separately chargeable. Upon final preview approval and live deployment, the agreed scope is considered delivered, subject to the support described below and rights under applicable law.

9. Post-Launch Changes

For 30 calendar days following launch, minor edits to existing content—such as phone number, email, address, text and replacement of existing images—are included without extra charge. New pages or sections, major layout changes, redesigns and new features are not minor edits. After 30 days, further requested changes may be billed separately.

10. Domain, Hosting & Annual Renewal

The ₹4,999 standard package includes an eligible .in domain and shared hosting for the first year only; these services are not free for life. From the second year, the stated renewal formula is actual domain renewal cost + ₹1,000 for hosting and maintenance. For illustration only, a ₹600 domain renewal would mean a ₹1,600 total; actual domain prices may vary.

Any multi-year domain registration depends on registrar availability, pricing and the agreed registration arrangement. Client must pay agreed renewals by the communicated deadline to avoid service interruption or loss of domain rights. Recovery or restoration charges, if applicable, depend on the third-party provider.

11. Domain Ownership, Account Access & Transfers

Ownership, domain registration rights, account access and control follow the selected package and agreed registration details. Registrar transfer restrictions may apply. Website migration, technical transfer help and source-code handover are not included automatically in the standard package and may require separate terms and charges, without limiting mandatory legal rights.

12. SEO & Website Visibility

Basic search-engine setup may include meta titles, meta descriptions, meta keywords, keyword-aware content and speed optimization. This is not an ongoing SEO or Google-ranking service. Search rankings, traffic, leads and business results are not guaranteed. Advanced SEO is separately chargeable.

13. Third-Party Services & Technical Issues

Domains, hosting, SSL certificates, DNS, maps, email, embedded videos, social platforms and other outside services are governed by their providers' terms. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or control third-party outages, maintenance or price changes. We provide help for agency-managed services within the agreed scope and remain responsible for issues attributable to our own work or mandatory legal duties.

14. Independent-Hosting Handover & Maintenance

Where clients use their own hosting, ongoing server administration, hosting renewals, security, backups and routine maintenance are the client's responsibility after successful handover, unless separately contracted. Problems caused by client edits, third-party modifications or provider issues may incur troubleshooting charges. Defects resulting from our original development or deployment remain subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.

15. Professional Email & Other Exclusions

Professional mailbox services (such as info@yourbusiness.in), paid integrations, advanced custom functions and third-party subscriptions are not part of the ₹4,999 plan unless separately confirmed.

16. Applicable Law & Contact
